Terms of Service

Overview

This document outlines the Terms of Service for Treehouse Broadband, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), governing the use of the internet services provided by Treehouse Broadband, LLC (“Service”). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms of Service, including all additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein or available by request. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Service.

Service Use Terms

By subscribing to and using our Service, you represent that you are the age of majority in your jurisdiction and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Prohibited Uses: You may not use our Service to engage in:

Billing and Payments

Autopay Requirement: All customers are required to enroll in autopay using credit cards, debit cards, or electronic funds transfer (EFT).

Business Accounts: Business customers submitting payments via mailed check must remit amounts exceeding $500. Mailed checks for less than $500 will not be processed, and late fees or service interruptions may apply.

Payments must be received by the due date on your invoice. Late payments may result in fees or service suspensions.

Equipment Ownership

Ownership: Unless otherwise specified, any equipment installed as part of your Service (e.g., modems, routers, antennas) remains the property of Treehouse Broadband, LLC.

Customer Responsibility: You agree to handle Treehouse Broadband-owned equipment with care. Loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in charges.

Upon Service cancellation, all equipment must be returned in good working condition within 15 days, or replacement fees may apply.

Service Availability

Service availability is subject to network infrastructure, environmental factors, and third-party disruptions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service but will strive to resolve outages promptly.

Privacy and Monitoring

Treehouse Broadband, LLC values your privacy. However, we reserve the right to monitor network activity to ensure compliance with these Terms and maintain network integrity.

Modifications to Service or Terms

We reserve the right to modify Service plans, pricing, or these Terms of Service at any time. Customers will be notified of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
