Network Performance and Management

Treehouse strives to provide reliable and high-performance internet service to all customers. To achieve this, we actively manage network resources to ensure quality, security, and availability. Our network management practices include:

• Monitoring network performance to identify and resolve issues, such as congestion or outages, in a timely manner.
• Allocating resources to prevent any single user or application from negatively impacting the experience of others.

All third-party providers are contractually required to adhere to our privacy and security standards.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Service does not violate any laws or harm the network. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Engaging in activities that compromise network security, such as unauthorized access or distributing malicious software.
• Using the Service to send spam or engage in other abusive practices.
• Operating servers or other devices that generate excessive traffic, unless explicitly permitted by the Service agreement.

Privacy and Transparency

Treehouse values customer privacy and transparency in our network management practices. We do not block or throttle specific content, applications, or services, except as necessary to comply with legal requirements or to protect the integrity of the network.
